🚚 Free shipping to all of Spain
Shipping is FREE on all orders, with no minimum purchase amount. We ship to the entire peninsula and the Balearic Islands. For the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, please write to us before purchasing at cuentafortnitemarcossa@gmail.com.
📦 Processing time
Your order is prepared within 1 to 3 business days. This is the time it takes us to confirm, verify, and carefully package your order before handing it over to the carrier.
🕒 Delivery time
The estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). These times are approximate and may vary during periods of high demand.
📍 Track your order
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you your tracking number by email so you can check its status at any time.
⏳ Note on possible delays
In exceptional cases, shipments may take longer due to weather conditions, peak demand, or postal service incidents. If your package shows no updates for a period of 12 to 15 business days, contact us and we will proceed to arrange a reshipment.
